Modulo, spike

Description

With the Modulo it is easy to extract small amounts out of the bigbag. The Modulo is made out of a galvanized frame and a plastic plate. With this type of frame, all types of bigbags can be discharged, with or without discharge spout. Thanks to the green valve, dosing the right amount can be done precise, and will close leak-free.

The Modulo SP can be delivered with two options:

SPIKE; for bigbags without discharge spout. By lowering the bigbag on the spike, it will cut the bag open. The bigbag remains on the bin.

FUNNEL; for bigbags with discharge spout. The bigbag will be placed on the bin, the discharge spout goes trough the hole in the bin and lead in the funnel. Untie the spout, it will open inside the funnel. By opening the valve at the bottom, discharge is easy.

It is easy to switch between the systems, they are exchangeable.

The Modulo is suitable for all types of free flowing products like animal feed pellets, fertilizer, seeds. But also split, sand and for example coffee beans. The Modulo SP is also suitable for use in food industry, the materials used meet the requirements of this sector.
